Our Shows Home	by Robert Harling The Green Room’s 51st Production produced by Drum & Willis Reynolds Funeral Homes and Peoples Bank SPRING PLAY April 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12 & 13, 2002 Rated PG-13 In the Spring of 2002 The Green Room brought to the stage the modern southern classic Steel Magnolias by Robert Harling. Set in a Louisiana beauty shop, Steel Magnolias brought audiences a glimpse of the lives of six strong-willed southern women through their struggles and triumphs. This season favorite featured a strong cast, many of which had never been on The Green Room stage before and played to packed houses also breaking a record for the most attended Spring Play.
