The Nutty Nutcracker

at The Green Room !

Those crazy Green Bean Players at The Green Room Community Theatre are back presenting the holiday classic story of The Nutcracker by E. T. A. Huffman. Combining acting, story telling and dance this troupe of family friendly entertainers along with some special friends will present a somewhat nuttier version of this tale. Join Clara and her mysterious Uncle Dresselmeyer as they journey to discover how the Nutcracker Prince came to be and help him be reunited with the magical Sugar Plum Fairy.

The Nutty Nutcracker will be performed at The Newton Conover Civic and Performance Place , where The Green Room performs, Friday, November 30th at 7PM and Saturday, December 1 at 11AM. The cast includes many of The Green Bean Players and some special guests. Music from the Tchaikovsky ballet will be presented throughout the performance as well as special appearances by members of Star Steps Dance Academy .
